Office buildings, hotels and windturbine towers, both on- and offshore utilization are buildings with such a special nature of use and thus need to comply with the legal requirement of compiling a fire-safety document. A fire-risk can be met effectively by preventive measures. This becomes particularly clear considering the nature of windturbine installations both on- and offshore: elevated work places and the confined space are just 2 considerations with real impact on the fire-safety concept. The necessary fire protection measures will be planned  in consideration of the object and in the context of a fire-safety document.  Over and above the safety aspect of the fire-safety documents they have an important role in the area of INSURANCE. Regarding riskmanagement the insurers value such a document, especially in the case of building insurance. Insurance companies assume in accordance with their general terms and conditions that legal requirements and local regulations are anchored in an approved fire-safety document and that they are being met at all times. Our partnership has pleasure offering you the service of compiling fire-safety documents in accordance with the standard DIN 14096 for individual windturbines, complete wind farms both on- and offshore, industrial plants or hotel complexes or similar installations which contain workplaces at height, tailor-made to individual requirements and local circumstances. Risk- and danger assesment Planning without risk, realization without danger The planning and realization of windturbine installations, both on- and offshore, require comprehensive analysis and assesment of the risks and dangers to human beings and the installatons involved. The risk analysis examines the jeopardy of a certain machine from the time of start-up to the end of the life cycle The danger assesment investigates the dangers connected with the use of defined devices in a defined area and is based in the core on the following (Federal Republic Germany) regulations: Labour safety regulation (BetrSichV) Labour protection law (ArSchG) Regulation hazardous substances (GefStoffV) Our experts and partners compile risk- and danger assesments in accordance with the standard DIN EN ISO 12100 and the relevant laws and regulations.
