Specific rescue technology

For the purpose of rapid and secure evacuation of all persons on high structures the CTE-system has been

developed. Increased efficiency and higher performance lead to ever more powerful windturbine systems in

the multi-megawatt class. The process of re-powering works as an additional catalyst for this trend causing

faster increase in the number of installations on which several people are present at the same time. Should

situations of extreme danger (for instance fire in the nacelle) requiring immediate evacuation occur, traditional

rescue procedures and rescue equipment can create a dangerous bottleneck.

The alternative is provided by the Collective Tower Evacuation System (CTE-System) which has been

developed especially to eliminate these bottlenecks.The patented CTE-System assures the fastest possible

evacuation/rescue of all persons from the dangerzone.

Adaption to customer requirements and specific features of the target environment The CTE-System will be designed, build and installed in accordance with the installation environment in vertical or horizontal version. For the windpower industry the CTE-System will be adapted to the lay-out of the individual nacelle design as well as the customer requirements. We offer the possibility to adept the CTE- System in the design phase of the windpower system eliminating later problems of integration of existing systems and giving our clients the possibility to offer their systems: RESCUE INCLUSIVE!
